Halloween Nail Art Spook-tacular: Official Winner Announcement!

The results are in!

We had some FABULOUS entries for the first ever Halloween Nail Art Spook-tacular! We’ve tallied the Facebook “likes” and are excited to share with you our top winners, as well as some noteworthy entries!

First Place – Polarbelle aka Shelley from Alaska, USA!

Shelley says that she was inspired by two nail polishes and a friend!

“My friend came over for a breast cancer manicure and she mentioned that another friend had done a pumpkin on her child. I instantly pictured doing a Frankenstein because I thought the purple Sation polish, Miss Emo Shun All would make great Frankenstein hair.

I had been wanting to showcase Cult Nails Happy Ending in an autumny manicure. The colors are fantastic for this time of year, so it was those two polishes and the comment of a friend that inspired it. I pictured Frankie with the wiggly googly eyes, having used those many many times in my arts and crafts business.”

Second Place – The Lacquerologist aka Emily from Ohio, USA!

Emily took her art and spanned it over all of her nails!  It’s a spooky landscape graveyard!

Third Place – Midnight Manicures aka Jeanie from North Carolina, USA!

Jeanie takes precision to a whole new level with her beautifully festive tips!

Most Gruesome – The Daily Nail aka Melissa from Michigan, USA!

So creepy, yet appropriate!  Melissa did an amazing job making the “skin” look like it’s dripping off of the blood.

Yummiest – Peek & Ponder aka Ashley from California, USA!

We’re drooling!  Ashley took one of the best known Halloween candies to feature on her nails.  Don’t bite!

Most Wrapped Up – The Nail Network aka Chelsea from Pennsylvania, USA!

Chelsea used tape to create the wrap look on her mummy mani.  Such a great tip to perfect those lines!

Cutest – My Newest Addiction Beauty Blog aka Laura from Florida, USA!

Laura’s googly eyes on her tips may seem cute, but if you look carefully those peepers are following you around the room!
