Our first social media conference in London was a huge success and we couldn’t have done it without the support of our members.
The sold-out conference focused on education and how bloggers can grow their audience, improve their site, increase traffic and monetize their blog. Tonia Korakis, Sinead Norenius and the rest of the iFabbo team enjoyed meeting all of our wonderful UK based bloggers.
The panel topics included: How to become more valuable to brands and create lasting relationships with brands & PRs; The business of blogging, how to make your passion your career; Photography: How street-style blogs have influenced designers and tips for taking quality photos with cameras and smartphones; The changing culture of fashion. How bloggers are influencing styles and trends; Social media: How to use it effectively to promote your blog, find new readers and build your brand.
The Keynote was given by Amber Venz of rewardStyle. The panellists included Tala Samman of MyFashDiary, Edwina WynYard of Amazing PR, Hayley Carr of London Beauty Queen, Sarah Bush of ShopStyle, Nik Thakkar, Creative Brand Strategist, Joe Stepniewski of Skimlinks, Christina Butcher of Hair Romance, rewardStyle consultant Colleen Bulfin, Kevin Thornhill of Instagrammers London and KBTimages, Michelle Bobb-Parris of Who Is Bobb Parris, Arianna Power of StreetStylish, Ceanne Fernandez-Wong of THE OUTNET, Helen Job of Stylesight, Dan Hasby-Oliver of Last Style Of Defense, Alex Outlaw of Motilo, Zara Stone Rabinowicz of Almost Zara/Kiss and Makeup, Emily Quintin, Online Communications Consultant, Claire Nielson of Cclarebear, Jo Wiggins of ASOS Marketplace, Alisa Gould-Simon of Pose and Chris Morton of Lyst.com.
