Over time, it helps your search engine optimization and when you give an interesting comment, their readers will also follow the link and see more of your perspective on your blog.
- Be a guest blogger. Consider other blogs in your industry which accept guest blog posts to help drive more traffic to your site. First, you can offer up a different perspective for their readers to consider or build upon a current theme within the other blog. These guest posts give you another place to showcase your content and to include your link to your blog.
- Check out affordable advertising options. If no one knows about your product – your blog in this case – it’s difficult for potential readers to find you. With a relatively small budget, that you can control on a daily basis if needed, you can take advantage of Pay-Per-Click ads that target your specific audience or consider online advertising on sites where you can run an effective campaign that gives you exposure at a low cost.
The best approach is to try out various approaches to see what works best for you. If one approach doesn’t work after a short period of time, move on to another tactic. Soon your promotion strategy will be making the impact you’re looking for.
